A Laravel platform that centralizes event and venue operations in a Livewire back office and exposes secured, scoped configuration APIs for POS and device clients.

Problem

Event operators need to coordinate organisations, venues, devices, product catalogues, payment methods, stock, printing, tables, tickets, and cashless access without mixing data across operational areas.

Implemented operational modules and device APIs around explicit organisation, event, area, product, and configuration boundaries.

Architecture

Laravel and Livewire power the back office, Sanctum protects device-facing APIs, and focused services handle device configuration, table allocation, auditing, media, queues, and payment foundations.

Outcome

Delivered a broad operational surface for managing event infrastructure and device configuration. Client usage and business metrics remain private.
