Case study

Overview

A commerce-backed education product with multi-version APIs, a Livewire administration area, learning progress, exams, certificates, community publishing, messaging, moderation, media processing, and scheduled automation.

Technical highlights

  • 01 Purchase flows for courses, programmes, online masterclasses, and live masterclasses.
  • 02 Learning progress, exams, certificates, tickets, receipts, and order management.
  • 03 Role-based Livewire administration for content, users, purchases, reports, coupons, and moderation.
  • 04 Community publishing, stories, reactions, saved content, profiles, discussions, and messaging.
  • 05 Media upload and processing workflows for images and video.
  • 06 Queued notifications, rewards, referrals, scheduled publishing, and unpaid-order cleanup.

Problem

Education, commerce, community, and media workflows need to coexist without fragmenting user identity, purchases, access, progress, content, and operator control.

Solution

Implemented connected Laravel modules for learning delivery, purchases, engagement, administration, media, notifications, and automation.

Architecture

Laravel and Sanctum serve web and mobile flows, Livewire provides operator administration, queues support deferred work, and dedicated integrations handle payments, notifications, translation, documents, images, and video.

Outcome

Delivered a broad product foundation joining education commerce with community and operational workflows, without attaching unsupported revenue or user metrics.
